Biggest Learning?
For me, every day is a school day, however, one of my biggest learnings in 2023 has revolved around the integration of AI into our business operations. We are continuously improving our systems and processes, and it has been great to witness the team’s hunger to learn and further themselves professionally. Adapting our business strategy to align with AI technologies has not only been a necessity but a strategic move that has played a pivotal role in our overall growth and development.
Biggest Achievement in 2023?
The biggest achievement this year has been that myself and various members of the PG Paper team have won national and international awards.
